Healing Codes: Now on Day 10

December 13, 2009

I’m a little behind with my chronicling my experiences with the healing codes.  First off I caught a bad cold. . . both my son and husband had (have) it, and although I was hoping to evade the problem, no such luck.  Then my internet service went wonky, so it’s taken a little while to get back online.

I am now on Day 10 of the Healing Codes, but to back up and catch up a little first.. .

I usually do the second healing codes right before I go to bed.  Thursday went fine, but Friday evening I was so tired, I just hit a wall and couldn’t do the second round of Day 8′s codes.  So on Saturday I did the second healing code I missed on Friday the first thing in the morning, then I did the first healing code for Day 9 around noon, and the second round at bedtime, as usual.

I am continuing to do the healing codes for the minimum amount of time this first go round.  That means twice a day, at the lowest amount of recommended time.

On our last group call, one person mentioned the difficulty of holding the hand positions for a code that only had one set for the entire time.  Day 8 was the first time I experienced that, and she’s right.  It does seem harder.  You can rest your arms/hands against a table or something, so it isn’t so much the physical difficulty.  That is a little troublesome, but can be dealt with.  For me I found that it was harder to stay “tuned in” and stay relaxed withou getting totally disconnected.  It just seems like when you’re moving your hands from position to position every 30 seconds, it gives it all more of a flow.  One position for the entire 5-7 minutes just seems a little harder.

Even though I have a cold, I don’t feel as totally fatigued as I would expect, especially considering we’ve also had rainy weather.  I believe the healing codes ARE helping.  I have a “systems check” from when I first started I intend to put on line, and will do a new one at the end of the first 12 days.
