In regards to juicing, it is important to consider the fact that you are creating a natural and cheap anti-aging product. This is important to consider when you weigh the costs of a juicer and produce, against how much you may pay for other methods of staying young, such as creams or medicines.

The best kind of juicer to buy is one that will masticate the juice. This will allow you receive more of the natural vitamins, as well as let you store the juice for longer periods of time without ruining anything. These types of juicers will basically “chew” the food till it is in juice form.

Buying a masticating juicer will allow the juice you make to have all its nutrients break down much slower, meaning you can take your time in drinking it or even store it for a while. It will also leave as much of the natural nutrients intact as possible, giving you the most healthy juice to drink.

Managing caloric intake is half the battle of losing weight. Instead of trying pills that promise to keep you full, just try a cup of juice. It’s natural and much less expensive.

If you are going to increase the amount of natural nutrients you take in by juicing regularly, be prepared to go through a detox phase. If your diet consists of a high level of processed foods, your body will have to go through an adjustment phase when it is faced with handling a large influx of wholesome nutrients.

Different Juices Have Different Benefits

When it comes to juicing, one thing that you want to keep in mind is the different benefits that specific types of juice extracts will bring you. One such benefit is the fact that the juice from cabbage is a great natural way to heal stomach ulcers. This is not meant to replace other methods, but it may work great for you in addition to what you are already doing.

These different kinds of healing therapies often involve practitioners using hands-on techniques. However, there are some that do not involve touch or can even be done from afar (in other words, you don’t have to be there).

Some of the energy healing modalities used today include:

Chios Energy Healing (chakra, radiatory and seventh-layer healing)

Healing Codes (bio-energy directed at healing centers)

Huna (connect with wisdom within to bring about healing)

Johrei Healing (dispel negativity, increase vitality)

Kolaimni (non-touch “etheric massage”)

Longevitology (hands on adjustments)

Matrix Energetics (merges touch and intent)

Meridian Tapping Techniques (tapping sequences repair disturbances in body’s energy system)

Pranic Healing (nontouch energy-based technique)

Quantum Touch (light-touch energy therapy)

Reiki (hands-on healing using life force energy)

ThetaHealing (focuses on thought and prayer)

This morning I got an email from someone who had visited this site. This person accused me of being a fraud and a vulture, that I was trying to sell worthless ‘health’ cures produced by other vultures, and encouraging people to avoid or stop using their prescription drugs or seeing their doctors. Further that I would cause serious medical problems and even life-threatening situations that could lead to someone’s death.

What???

I looked back through every post and page on this site, trying to see where this person came up with all these perceptions. I still can’t figure it out.

First off, I am fully aware that there are a lot of health care scams out there. Now, there’s nothing wrong with being paid for a soltuion to someone’s problem. However, sometimes people are unscrupulous about how they make their money, and prey on other people’s problems by giving them a worthless solution. People who intentionally sell health care products they know do NOT really work are the ones that are promoting health care scams.

So yes, I know there are health care scams out there, and way too many of them.
But you’re not going to find them here.
If I try something and I think it’s a scam, I’ll say so.

And I’m a firm believer in that part of the Hippocratic Oath that says, “Do no harm.”

It’s really sad that there are so many health care scams, because besides creating problems for the people who try them, it makes it hard for people to know what things are really helpful, and what things are just a waste of time and money. It makes people leery of some things that sound a little ‘out there’ because they’re new or they haven’t heard of anything like that before, so they think it must be a scam.

But anything I speak well of on this site, I believe in. For instance, I think highly of the integrity of people like Dr. Alex Loyd and his work with The Healing Codes. Using bioenergy to relieve stress that causes many physical ailments has real science behind it, not scams.

I will admit I do believe we are an over-medicated population, and slave to far too many prescription drugs. There are a lot of deaths attributed to taking prespription medications, so tyring to avoid taking them if it’s not truly necessary isn’t a bad thing to my way of thinking. However, I wouldn’t say all drugs are bad, and some can be a necessity for someone’s health. So I do not encourage someone to make radical changes in their health care in an instant. Many prescription drugs need to be tapered off to prevent bad side effects, for example.

The bottom line is everyone should educate themselves on their own situation, about what their health problems are, what their medications are doing for them, and so on, before deciding to make changes. Make sure what you’re doing is going to be helpful, not harmful.

So yes, watch out for the health care scams floating around out there. I wish it wasn’t necessary, but it is.

And I hope you find this site helpful if you are searching for information on real natural health cures.
