I got busy and kept forgetting to do the healing codes for 2 or 3 weeks. It was a mistake.
when I started feeling bad again, I realized I hadn’t done them in a long time. I’d been feeling good; I was busy. I got cocky and didn’t do the codes or take my supplements, and I’d be fine. WRONG!
So I’m back to taking my ribose to help with the fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue, and doing the healing codes to help control the pain. In the long run, they work better than Aleve. When I was doing them I didn’t have any of the “I feel really TERRIBLE” kind of days. It wasn’t fun to start having them again.
I need to get into a routine so I can stick with it. On a training call, Tom Costello suggested “hooking” them with something else you do routinely, so you wouldn’t forget. I need to figure out what the best thing would be for that, and make them part of my routine. I’ve got to get out of the mind-set, “I don’t have time to do this!” It really doesn’t take that long, and realistically, I don’t have time NOT to do them. Not when it means I’m going to feel bad for hours or days, when a few minutes each day could keep that from happening. I mean, maybe half an hour a day and you’ve done at least the minimum time suggested for the healing codes, and maybe even a little more.
So I really need to get my act together!
