One of the things I like about the package of stuff you get when you purchase this program is the Healing Codes Pocket Guide. It’s a useful addition because it is a quite portable set of instructions.
I find this to be a really handy little book. It’s about 4-inches wide and 3 and 3/8ths inches “tall”, if you include the spiral binding. The actual booklet itself is just a bit over 3-inches from top to bottom. It’s less than half an inch thick.
There are 74 pages, front and back, printed with instructions on how to do the hand positions in the correct sequence for each day. At the beginning of the booklet, there is also an overview on what the Healing Codes are and how to begin the program. Each position is shown with both the regular method, and the alternate resting method. The 12 Day program is given in sequence, showing the positions for each code used for that day.
Obviously, page 74 is on the flip side. It contains contact information.

What Makes The Healing Codes Pocket Guide So Good?
The smaller size is really great when you are traveling and want to take along instructions on how to do The Healing Codes. You can slip this little guide into your luggade easily, or into your purse, laptop case, briefcase… whatever is convenient for you!
I like it at home, too. It’s much easier to prop up somewhere and glance at while doing the Healing Codes than the larger manual. Once you’ve done the codes for a while, you don’t need to look at the bigger book all the time anyway, so this gives you an option of something smaller that is easy to work with.
The Healing Codes Pocket Guide makes it just that much easier to do the codes every day, no matter where you are.
