I need more stick-to-itiveness with a routine for health. I know what things are good for me, but I get busy and don’t do them.
It’s been hectic the last 3 months. I’ve been doing a lot of traveling, visiting family and going to work-related seminars. All the stuff I should be doing just went out the window… taking my supplements, eating right, doing the Healing Codes, and right on down the line. So now I’m trying to put it all back together, and get my days organized so I do the stuff I need to do.
I often wonder if other people have problems doing stuff they know they should do and sticking with a routine for health. I suspect this must be so, considering how rampant obesity and diabetes and other health problems are that are often related to our lifestyles. If we’d eat right and exercise, a lot of health problems would never happen. So why don’t we?
Perhaps it’s our busy lifestyles, but it sure seems hard to get into a good routine for health and stick to it. I don’t know about other people, but instead of doing what I know I should be doing, I do all kinds of things I shouldn’t, and keep thinking that “tomorrow I’ll get back to it.” And then tomorrow comes, and what do you know? I still don’t do the stuff I should be doing.
Well, I need to quit putting off until tomorrow what I should be doing today. I need to figure out how to plan a routine for health that I can stick to.
